Service Scope

VPNJF provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, covering 110+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions and client download links are provided through the user panel. You need to activate an account, select a plan, and configure your device before use.

Routes are for connecting to international network services. They do not include memberships, content licenses, or access permissions for third-party websites or applications. Third-party services have their own regional policies and terms of use, which you should check independently. Route locations and available connection methods are as shown in the panel.

Account and Device Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not place subscription information on public webpages, in shared documents, or anywhere others can access it. The account holder is responsible for account activity. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. Accounts and subscriptions may not be resold or rented out, and account or subscription credentials may not be shared with others or used to provide access services to third parties. An unlimited device allowance does not permit public distribution of a subscription.

Subscription Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; upgrades mid-cycle are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Check the plan type, amount, and data rules before ordering. See the Plans page for details.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The order status shown in the user panel is authoritative. If you have paid but the status appears incorrect, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket for verification to avoid paying twice.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, stating that you would like a refund and providing the relevant order details. The information is used to verify the transaction; you do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied. Updates will be provided through the ticket. Processing time depends on the payment channel.

Responsible Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you live and where you use the service, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and content providers you access. Do not use the service for illegal activities or to infringe on the privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of others.

You may not use the routes to conduct network attacks, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, send abusive communications, or disrupt the normal operation of other users or network systems. You are responsible for content you publish, transmit, or access and for related actions. A subscription does not constitute a license or endorsement of third-party content.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, upstream network changes, or events beyond reasonable control may result in route changes or temporary interruptions. VPNJF does not guarantee a fixed speed at all times or continued access to any specific third-party service.

If a problem occurs, first check your subscription status and device settings, then submit a ticket with details of the issue. Do not include your password or full subscription credentials. Liability for losses caused by leaked credentials, incorrect configuration, or independent third-party actions will be determined based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability under applicable law or limit consumer rights provided by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNJF detects account resale or sharing, unlawful use, or activity that threatens network operations, it may suspend the relevant access based on the risk and restrict or terminate account services after verification. You may explain the situation, provide information for review, and request a reassessment through a support ticket. Orders and refunds will continue to be handled under these terms and applicable law.

When service rules change materially, VPNJF will notify users through the updated date on this page and an on-site announcement or user panel notice. Changes will not retroactively remove refund rights that have already accrued. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how your existing subscription will be handled.
